Our Client is Datalogic Group and we are their recruiting partner for the implementation of their Business Demand Management & Application Department.
We are looking for an ICT Business Analyst HR, reporting to the ICT Corporate Functions Business Partner.
Duties and Responsibilities are the following:
He / She has to define current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions) and work with the internal customer and vendors to ensure proper translation of business requirements to ICT solution requirements.
He / She has to perform detailed data gathering and analysis to formulate recommendations, contribute to define the ICT company future state, and develop strategic plans to achieve the internal client’s specific process improvement objectives.
He / She is responsible to estimate the impacts of the initiatives (changes, upgrades, maintain) on company’s applications, in order to involve all the necessary figures and estimate the problem at the correct level of detail.
He / She is responsible for conducting analysis on processes and configure, develop and test tools in the specific area of competence.

REQUESTED SKILLS:
Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Management Engineering, Business, Economics, Computer Science or Equivalent;
3 - 5 years of work experience in IT Systems;
Good English
Experience in managing HR systems (employee master data, org management, payroll, training and recruitment, planning, talent and performances).
Experience as a Project Manager and IT focal point for HR Department.
Experience in projects with foreign subsidiaries embracing different HR areas: Recruitment, Training, Organization, Payroll.
It is privileged the knowledge of Business Intelligence Platform and planning tools.
It is preferable to have experience with IT systems such as SuccessFactors, Power BI and Inaz.
