About Us: Our company thrives on innovation and operates within a high-tech landscape. As a Contract Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing both active and passive contracts, ensuring adherence to policies, standards, and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to the Project Manager and project team in contract management and administration.
  • Attend project meetings to stay informed about project activities and advise on contractual matters.
  • Initiate, draft, review, and manage correspondence with clients, partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and facilitate the transfer of obligations.
  • Collaborate with procurement and subcontracting teams to negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks and opportunities, and assist in risk mitigation.
  • Analyze contract terms to highlight risks and opportunities, assisting in their management.
  • Assist in financial analysis, progress payments, and billing compliance.
  • Coordinate the preparation, negotiation, and settlement of change orders and claims.
  • Draft various agreements and procedures related to contract variations and settlements.
  • Monitor client actions affecting contracts and manage change orders for compensation and time relief.
  • Ensure adherence to contract insurance provisions and assist in insurance claims.
  • Support management of contractual and commercial interests in joint ventures or consortia.
  • Liaise with legal and other teams to provide comprehensive legal and contractual services.

Required Profile:

  • Equivalent Master’s Degree in engineering or law.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in heavy industrial, Oil & Gas, or infrastructure EPC contracting with an international company.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence.
  • Ability to manage complexity and hands-on experience in schedule and cost control analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and adaptability.
  • Field experience in construction yards or sites, planning, project control, or project finance is a plus.
