Our client is a leading global provider of mobility solutions, which have more than 11.000 rental locations in approximately 180 countries around the world.

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for recruiting & headhunting manager+ level.
  • Design & development of the company Employer Branding strategy and tactical plan to attract new talents
  • Own the candidate tracking & relevant general HR system processes and ensure 100% adherence & compliance
  • Manage the contracting process and its maintenance of advertising suppliers, online presence and channels which are identified as per the Talent Acquisition Strategy and Action Plan
  • You're responsible to ensure the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes and programs
  • You will have HR project responsibilities as per need and as agreed in the objectives
  • Own the reporting of Talent Acquisition (incl. RPO) metrics and performance. Provide regular reports and updates as per business need
  • Cooperation with the Head of TA on planning, forecasting & monitoring yearly budget spend, ensuring staying within budget


  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in an international corporate environment
  • More than 2 years of experience in recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer orientation, ability to influence
  • Strong organizational skills and having the ability to manage responsibilities and balance priorities in a fast- paced and time critical environment
  • Experience specifying and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Advanced level of MS office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Very High command in German & advanced knowledge of English
