We are looking for a
TECHNICAL TRAINER
who will join an international team and will be responsible for planning, composing, directing and executing classroom curriculum that trains customers, partners, and employees on how to use the company's software.
Main responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate training sessions for customers, partners, or employees that explore the company's solutions;
Lead the creation of engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and knowledge transfers;
Adapts training content to meet the changing needs of the different levels of audience expertise and/or to improve upon the quality of existing content;
Operate as a trusted advisor on issues and trends;
Develop and maintain technical training content, lab exercises, and presentations and incorporate relevant release updates into the training materials;
Collaborate with members from various departments within the company to ensure that training content is accurate, relevant, and effective for audiences and business needs;
Operate as a leader among the team, mentor, and train employees.
Requirements:
Minimum of four years’ experience in teaching technical material;
Strong English language skills;
Strong delivery, facilitation, technical proficiency, and presentation skills;
Bachelor's Degree;
Collaborative, self motivated and good communicator.
